Given an appointment very quickly. Seen on time. Very helpful and friendly doctor.
1st July. Phoned today at 8.00 am appointment to see Dr Bett, Dr of my choice and given at 10.00 am. This is so very helpful/excellent. Thank you Igelfield.
But (sorry). Getting in at 8.00 am appointment when running is a hit and miss. If you call is badly timed you get engaged signal on the phone. If you dial 5 as advised you are told this service is not available. Is it possible when phoning to be held in a queue.

Receptionists are extremely rude wouldn't even acknowledge me when I tried to ask a question about a repeat prescription.
I hope they don't treat vulnerable and elderly patients like this.
Thank you for your feedback and apologies for the tardy reply. Feedback reports are rather variable and we are keen to ensure consistency so we plan to hold some front of house training to try and improve the experience for all at reception,
No problems in over 30 years
